The ‘Long Island Lolita’ claims she didn’t give the company permission to distribute the sex tape.

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Red Light District, which has added “Amy Fisher: Caught on Tape” to its lineup, has been hit with a suit by the “Long Island Lolita,” who claims she didn’t give the company permission to distribute the sex tape.

In the suit filed today in U.S. District Court in New York, Fisher claims that she not only appeared in the sex tape, but she participated in the filming, and thus owns the tape.

Red Light District spokesman Jon Berg told XBIZ that the Chatsworth, Calif.-based studio intends to release the video as scheduled.

“We do not believe that the complaint has any merit, and that Red Light District is with in its rights to release this movie,” Berg said. “Red Light will not be intimidated by this complaint.”

Fisher, dubbed the “Long Island Lolita” by the press, was convicted of the 1992 shooting of Mary Jo Buttafuoco, who was the wife of her lover, with whom she began an affair as a 16-year-old student. Fisher served seven years in prison for aggravated assault and was released in 1999.

According to reports, 33-year-old Fisher forgave her husband, Lou Bellera, for selling the sex tape to Red Light District Video a few months ago, after she briefly left him for Joey Buttafuoco. Bellera later reportedly sold the tape out of “the heat of anger and passion.”

But in court filings, Fisher’s attorney, William V. Dalessandro, claims that Fisher and Bellera had “an agreement and understanding that the [video] would never be made public without the prior written consent of Fisher.”

The 60-minute DVD shows Fisher and her husband having sex in various rooms throughout their home. The two-disc collection is set for distribution in both domestic and international adult video stores, as well as over the Internet through subsidiary Red Light Revenue. The tape is set to retail at $59.95.

Fisher, in the suit, seeks damages and a restraining order on the distribution of the tape.

The world soon could be seeing more of the Long Island Lolita - a lot more.

A sex tape of Amy Fisher and her husband, Lou Bellera, is in the hands of a Los Angeles porn distributor, and the onetime teen temptress isn’t happy about it, her former business partner said yesterday.

Fisher and her husband apparently made the tape earlier this year, before they filed for divorce, according to David Krieff, a TV executive who has produced reunion specials with Fisher, her ex-lover Joey Buttafuoco and Buttafuoco’s ex-wife, Mary Jo Buttafuoco.

But in the time Fisher and her hubby were in Splitsville, Bellera hawked the tape to L.A. smut peddler Red Light District Video, which is expected to start selling their steamy footage next month.

“I was told she was a willing participant at the time it was made, as a private video with her husband,” Krieff said.
